It has three rows of seats, distinguishing it from the European version recently released overseas, which has a shorter wheelbase and two-row seating.

The 2024 ID. Buzz rides on Volkswagen’s modular electric drive platform for battery electric vehicles, which runs the Volkswagen ID.4 and other vehicles from different manufacturers. It comes equipped with a 91 kWh electric motor powering the rear axle, delivering 282 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque. The optional all-wheel-drive ID. Buzz will have a second front motor, generating an estimated 330 horsepower.
The driving range of the 2024 ID. Buzz will be around 260 miles per charge. When plugged into a DC fast charger, the ID. Buzz will charge from 10% to 80% in about 30 minutes. Not only does the ID. Buzz have enough space for all your passengers, but it will take you farther on a single charge.

The Volkswagen ID. Buzz may look retro on the outside, but inside, it comes outfitted with all the modern technology you expect from an electric vehicle.
