We drove down to Marion and Tyler was waiting for us. He had the vehicle inside due to poor weather. He showed us the vehicle and explained some features We then took it for a drive. Deciding to buy it We commenced to do the trade in. They offer a very good amount for my car and in short order We were the new owners of a 2024 AtlasCross sport SEL R line 4motion premium. For those of you that cringe at the idea of car shopping- I would highly recommend VW in Marion if you are looking to buy. Their staff are friendly and will treat you very well, start to finish.
This was my 2nd purchase at this facility. I have recommended family and friends to them as well. They offer a honest no, pressure environment.
I have shopped other VW locations for comparison and at the end of the day I can honestly tell you… there is no other place within 100 miles that will treat you better than VW Marion.

1st time buyer at VW of Marion. Trent our salesman was very helpful and easy to work with thru the process. Ryan the sales manager was also very helpful. We felt as though they were both knowledgeable about their product and a fair price was reached with no unnecessary haggling.
I had a nail in the middle of the tire so they patched it and waved the fee! I expected to pay something but they blessed me instead!
Great customer service and very good selection to choose from. Everyone was really nice and very helpful when it came to figuring out what we wanted. I would highly recommend checking them out if your looking for a new or used car. Will definitely be back in the future

Great Place! Trent was our sales representative and he did a great job. He was very easy going and made a process that can be high anxiety and high pressure feel easy and simple. Going through the finance portion of the sales was very laid back. The service team was quick to replace a broken taillight without any issues. Came looking for a particular used car for our teenage daughter and Cam was with us every step of the way. When we arrived he was ready with the car and waiting for us. The car was everything we wanted. Paid cash so we didn’t go through the financing process, but everyone was so kind and helpful. Would definitely buy here again!
