The entire staff was great to work with and considering all my questions and visits prior to my purchase, I will add that they were very patient with me. The were fast and efficient in all areas of the car buying process.
We had a great experience, Excellent customer service, nice professional environment and a a bonus had a nice area with tv, toys and snacks where our children were able to entertain while we did paperwork for our new vehicle. So that helped keep everything stress free.
Tyler was our sales person and he was amazing to us! They aren’t the kind of people to sale the car out from under you!

We had been looking at the vw atlas for last 8 months. Trent our salesman was helpful and patent with us. He would reach out to us every once an a while. Let us know about any new deals they had or new arrivals. We finally purchased a new atlas this week. Trent helped to find the exact car we were wanting. An spent over hour showing us how everything works on our new car. Had a great experience at VW of Marion would definitely recommend buying your next car from them. Thanks for all the help
This dealership is the greatest. I have the worst credit score ever and they helped me get a brand new car. Yes my car payment is higher than expected but you can’t go to many places and drive off in a new ride.
Very nice people. Very informative. Didn't push for anything that wasn't a priority for me at the time. Able to get it done within a reasonable time frame. Price was a lot less than I thought it would have been.

The dealership has always treated us well, we have been going there since they opened up at the old airport location. They have great service people and great sales people love the place. Trent our salesman did a fantastic job through the whole process from beginning to the end he knows cars and handles any and all problems that come up with no sweat thanks to VW of Marion and their staff for a job well done we will keep coming back to this dealership in the future.

I’ll start off by saying I hate dealerships. All the sales tactics, lying, and whatever else to sell a car. This dealership here does none of that. Most of my dealings were with Mr.Dare & Mr.Gunter both are professional and went above and beyond. Mr.Dare guaranteed things over the phone when I showed up he exceeded those things. Will definitely be our vw dealer from here on out. Don’t hesitate to come to these guys they are worth the drive!

Clock spring in my Passat needed replaced. Joe in service helped me out and showed me that part was actually still under warranty. Got an appointment set up a couple days out and had my car back within a couple hours. Saved money and was in and out. The technician even sent a video after my repair when my vehicle was ready!

We drove down to Marion and Tyler was waiting for us. He had the vehicle inside due to poor weather. He showed us the vehicle and explained some features We then took it for a drive. Deciding to buy it We commenced to do the trade in. They offer a very good amount for my car and in short order We were the new owners of a 2024 AtlasCross sport SEL R line 4motion premium. For those of you that cringe at the idea of car shopping- I would highly recommend VW in Marion if you are looking to buy. Their staff are friendly and will treat you very well, start to finish.
This was my 2nd purchase at this facility. I have recommended family and friends to them as well. They offer a honest no, pressure environment.
I have shopped other VW locations for comparison and at the end of the day I can honestly tell you… there is no other place within 100 miles that will treat you better than VW Marion.

1st time buyer at VW of Marion. Trent our salesman was very helpful and easy to work with thru the process. Ryan the sales manager was also very helpful. We felt as though they were both knowledgeable about their product and a fair price was reached with no unnecessary haggling.
I had a nail in the middle of the tire so they patched it and waved the fee! I expected to pay something but they blessed me instead!
