Marion VW customer service has been nothing but fantastic for us. They're polite, helpful, and seem to be genuinely concerned for the customer. I've dealt with multiple dealership CS depts over the years and these folks have been the best by far. As an anecdotal account, we recently went in for the 30K mile service. Because it was past the 2 year mark (2.5 years) we expected to pay full price for the service. We had a great experience with the service department. They were very knowledgeable about the issue with our VW Tiguan and knew what the problem was right away. They replaced the PCV valve/oil separator and the timing chain cover quickly and efficiently. We haven’t had any issues since the repair. Highly recommend their service department

After our accident, we were so sad to lose our old Jetta! So we found a new one at Volkswagen of Marion (it is so pretty!) The service department always gives great service. I got my transmission serviced and I was in and out. The only issue that ever came up was a few years back I had some recall/warrantee work done once that took a few days. Since we didn’t buy the car at that dealership they would not provide a loaner. That seems like it’s standard across all dealerships. We are satisfied with this service department.

We had a great experience, Excellent customer service, nice professional environment and a a bonus had a nice area with tv, toys and snacks where our children were able to entertain while we did paperwork for our new vehicle. So that helped keep everything stress free.

We had been looking at the vw atlas for last 8 months. Trent our salesman was helpful and patent with us. He would reach out to us every once an a while. Let us know about any new deals they had or new arrivals. We finally purchased a new atlas this week. Trent helped to find the exact car we were wanting. An spent over hour showing us how everything works on our new car. Had a great experience at VW of Marion would definitely recommend buying your next car from them. Thanks for all the help
This dealership is the greatest. I have the worst credit score ever and they helped me get a brand new car. Yes my car payment is higher than expected but you can’t go to many places and drive off in a new ride.
Very nice people. Very informative. Didn't push for anything that wasn't a priority for me at the time. Able to get it done within a reasonable time frame. Price was a lot less than I thought it would have been.
I’ve worked with Volkswagen of Marion twice now, and have had wonderful experiences both times. The general manager Jennifer has went above and beyond to make things work for me, and my salesman Payton has also been fantastic and very helpful!

The dealership has always treated us well, we have been going there since they opened up at the old airport location. They have great service people and great sales people love the place. Trent our salesman did a fantastic job through the whole process from beginning to the end he knows cars and handles any and all problems that come up with no sweat thanks to VW of Marion and their staff for a job well done we will keep coming back to this dealership in the future.

I’ll start off by saying I hate dealerships. All the sales tactics, lying, and whatever else to sell a car. This dealership here does none of that. Most of my dealings were with Mr.Dare & Mr.Gunter both are professional and went above and beyond. Mr.Dare guaranteed things over the phone when I showed up he exceeded those things. Will definitely be our vw dealer from here on out. Don’t hesitate to come to these guys they are worth the drive!

I waited while they serviced my vehicle and completed two recalls. The area where I waited was comfortable and had snacks and drinks available. I think Marion Volkswagen is a class act!
