The Service team was amazing & extremely helpful I really appreciated all they did for me in my time of need. They Fixed my car and while it was in the shop they gave me a loaner otherwise I would have not been able to drive anywhere . Amazing repair team! They literally saved me $3000! The technician recommended that I pay $140 for them to diagnose the issue before repairing what I thought was wrong. I had previously taken my car to a different Volkswagen dealership because my key was acting like it wasn't programmed to my car. The other dealership said they tried programming the key and charged me $150 for doing so, but said it didn't work, so I would need a $1000 control module, plus $1000 to install and program the control module, plus 2 brand new $400 keys because mine wouldn't be able to work. This dealer was fantastic. We had purchased a used Beetle and we brought it in to have it checked out. To make a long story short, after the visit with VW of Marion, we went to the dealer we bought the car from and got a total refund for the car. They didn't even charge us for checking out the car. We appreciate the knowledge of the service person and all the info he gave us. When i get another Bug, I will most certainly go to this dealer again. Very helpful and professional.

I was due for an oil change and I had a recall on my atlas cross sport. I first called the Clarksville Tennessee Volkswagen store and they told me I would have to bring my car back and forth 2 or 3 times so they could get the recall fixed for me. I also live about 1.5 hours from them too. I then called Marion Volkswagen and they told me it was no problem they could get it fixed all in one day. It also only took about 3 hours for them to do everything. I highly recommend this dealer.
