The 2023 Volkswagen Jetta and the 2023 Toyota Corolla look like practical sedans from the outside. They also have a sporty feel that will make them a joy to drive. The difference between the two is that the Volkswagen Jetta has a body that’s a little bit more compact than the body of the Toyota Corolla. But this isn’t necessarily a bad thing, as Volkswagen has found a way to make the interior of the latest Jetta spacious without making the exterior too large.

If you’re interested in driving around in a small car that feels bigger than it is, you can’t go wrong with the 2023 Volkswagen Jetta. That should give it a slight edge in the exterior department.

Engine

Both the 2023 Volkswagen Jetta and the 2023 Toyota Corolla come standard with front-wheel drive. They also each have similar engines in them that are capable of producing more than enough horsepower for those driving around in sedans. The Volkswagen Jetta has a turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine that can produce up to 158 horsepower.
