Volkswagen has designed this vehicle with sustainability in mind, and it offers a significant share of recycled materials and a completely animal-free interior. It is clear that Volkswagen paid attention to detail while designing the eco-friendly ID. Buzz., and it has many sustainable features. The polyurethane steering wheel rim has the look and feel of leather. Materials from recycled products are in the floor coverings, seat covers, and roof liners. One of the interior fabrics is made from SEAQUAL, a type of yarn that consists of 10% ocean plastics and 90% recycled PET bottles. Using this yarn reduces carbon emissions by 32% compared with similar products. In addition, the vehicle paint contains organic materials, and the ArtVelours ECO upholstery has 71% recycled materials.
